Fitness Challenge FAQs and Rules
1. Eligibility & Sign-Up
Participants must sign up by May 10, 2025, to be eligible for prizes.
2 Participation
Non-member participants will receive one personal training session per week as part of the challenge at a cost of $600. To join the challenge as a member, secure your spot here.
Current active member participants (must have an active fitness/nutrition or unlimited membership) will receive two personal training sessions per week as part of the challenge at no cost. Current members can join the challenge for free by clicking here.
3. Weekly Weigh-Ins & Progress Tracking
All participants must complete weekly weigh-ins to remain eligible for prizes.
Missed weigh-ins will be recorded as the last available weight.
There are no refunds or makeup sessions for missed appointments. All participation must occur within the 60-day window.
Nutritional advice will be provided but is optional to follow.
4. Group Kick-Off
A 30-minute kick-off event is scheduled on Monday, May 19, 2025, for weigh in, goal setting, and strength assessment (Goblet Squat, TRX Row, Pushups, Plank). Everything except the plank (time) is reps in 1 minute.
5. Group Workout
A group fitness workout is tentatively set for Wednesday, June 7, 2025. There is no backup date for the group workout.
6. Coach Dulany Washington
All events are led by Meno-Start’s in-house fitness guru, Coach Dulany Washington, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Performance Enhancement Specialization (PES) and certified in Wellness, Neuromuscular Stretching, and Nutrition Strategies for Women. 7. Prizes & Tie-Breaking
Final results will be available for transparency and motivation.
Prizes will be awarded in highest percentage of weight loss and highest percentage of fat lost, each winning a $250 Lululemon gift card.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected based on a random drawing to ensure fairness.
8. Participation & Sportsmanship
All participants are expected to maintain honest and ethical participation throughout the challenge.
Any disputes or concerns should be addressed with the challenge organizers.
